Baladi cheese production

In collaboration with other projects, doners, national and international NGOs Al-Thuraya conducts studies, training and capacity building to:

• Home processing of healthy traditional dairy products (cheese, sour milk, yoghurt, traditional cheese, etc. Milk hygiene and appropriate methods of milking).
• How to use the milk cans for milk collections.
• How to use the cream/ butter cans for butter production.
• Using the plastic food grade milk filter.
• Using the mini dairies and using the butter churn.
